Maternity leave cover (6 months - commencing February 2019)
Warehouse location – Kunda Park, QLD
We are looking for superstar administration assistant with a particular interest in health and fitness.
We are a small online activewear and fitness accessories brand that needs ongoing assistance whilst one of our directors goes on maternity leave in early 2019.
The majority of the role would be completing customer orders on multiple days, assisting with customer queries, helping with online and social media tasks, stock handling, as well as other general admin tasks.
Approximately 10-15 hours per week.
This role would best suit a uni or TAFE student with flexible hours and is able to hit the ground running!
- Be available on Wednesday (this is not negotiable)
- Must have car for transport
- Be able to work independently

- Customer service enquiries
- Order processing (picking and packing)
- General administration duties
- Social media management
- Online marketing
- Content creation (photos, videos, emails, blogs, vlogs)
- Stock handling
Must be proficient in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel etc.)
Desirable skills in:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Design Skills
